How the fairings mate together under the headers. I am about to do some plastic welding on mine and I realized I don't know how they connect. I have 2 theories on what I will do about it. Either make one side complete like a half v; or 2 side fairings and belly pan. When I got the bike there was a piece of a coffee can cut into a strip and then bolted on both fairings. I saw a drawing of it on bike bandit but it wasn't what I was looking for. Aftermarket pics are welcome too.

Ps. Please find included a VERY crude ASCII drawing of the half v thing I was talking about. Imagine this is a front on view and the, bike, right side is a laddle if you will and the other side is just the left fairing.

Yes, Thank you, that was exactly what I needed. I was going to ask for an inside shot of the fairings mated together but one of the pictures you posted tells me exactly what I needed to know. I have an aftermarket plactic set I think and there was about a 6 inch gap between where the fairings bolted together. Thanks Bratman.
