Glad you got ur head up Shred, dont let the jabs from some of the guys get you down. I'll bet there arent many of us on here who havent made some bad decisions man. Pasco is hard assed too man I know I lived there for a couple years. Work towards getting those felonies reduced my friend, you dont want those on your record. You'll be allright, and if you have to do some time then just go sit it out, dont get sucked in to any group, keep your mouth shut, and mind your own business and you will be ok. Good luck buddy.

no articale. this sorta thing happens often here. they just dont get caught.
they circle the airport where the helicoptors cant fly and just go home from there.

The last motorcycle chase that landed in the paper was when the motorcycle driver ran into a officer on foot with his bike and sped off.
it was a stolen gsxr...the guy was 43.

they seized it cant you pay an impound fee and get it back i dont know the laws there but in mass they cant just take your property from you. they only impound your vehicle if its on public property if it was at your house they dont take it. i dont think they can. but like i said im a long way from you

Bike was used in commission of a felony. They can go right ahead and take it. It'll be in "evidence" till the cows come home.

That will probably cost more than the bike is worth. You'll be paying police impound fees from when they siezed it. And then whatever else they feel like tacking on. Towing charge, taxes, catastrophic emergency response fee, squid fee. They are endless. Basically the bike is gone. It's not coming back.

1) Glad you are alive - Whatever else happens when you are 25 or so this will be something you probably laugh about with a little bit of embarrassment. Beats being dead. LOTS of people do really dumb stuff in their early 20's. Fact is you can either move on and put this behind you or it can be the start of a very bad downward spiral. I vote the first one. Later in life, when you are forty-ish and some young kid is telling you that you're old, and you don't understand what it's like and you have no idea what you are talking about you can sit back and grin and REMEMBER WHEN YOU SAID THE SAME THING and how it worked out for you.

2) Don't beat yourself up too much over it. You weren't selling drugs, you didn't fcK a 15 year old girl, you didn't rob anyone. You thought you were invulnerable and you got taught a lesson.

3) They came to your house?

4) Look at it this way - if Owen Wilson ever does a motorcycle movie you can be his stunt double

the only hope is ever finding it at a police auction.
