Bike bogging/sputtering at high RPM

Bike bogging/sputtering at high RPM
I've had my bike for about a month maybe a little more and when i first got it, it would go all the way to 11K RPM perfectly fine thru all the gears now it bogs down once i get past about 6 or 7K RPM. sometimes its fine it goes like normal but it is bogging most of the time now. Low RPM is always perfect. tried using search but it seemed everyone had low rPM bogging. I havent checked anything yet but thats why im here just to see whats the first things i should check?

Daft as it sounds I have had that on another bike because the main jet unscrewed it self and dropped off
