yeh they are not on the bike.only two weeks to the last round then the rebuild begins.dyno tune is waste of money at this stage.
Half day on dyno is quite expensive and after rebuild it wouldnt be right anymore.

I'm not sure we want to know. My guess is $1200 USD.

Hi guys.
The carbs retail at 1200 but most places sell for less.
The cheepest was $1040usd but their freight was $200usd to New Zealand.
Dyno Man was $1070 with throttle cables, spigots, cones and one size jets up and down.
Dynoman freight was $127. including insurance.
Cost $1750 NZ dollars and then customs taxed me at this end 12.5% gst.Funny thing goods and service tax on an item that was purchaced from abroad.

My local bike shop has exchange with jets so will swap some if the range I have is not correct.

The reason there is huge speed difference in footage is that most of the bikes were pro twin class that have similar lap times to mine.
These guys were put in with us because there was so many postclassic entries that they had to split juniors from seniors.
Formula 3 was also to big so they took pro twins out and combined them with posties senior. This only happened because the round was full uo because it was a New Zealand classic title round so many travelled from all over to compete.
The pro twin class is mostly sv650 twins (new or near new). They have airbox ,exaust, suspension mods and carb kits but stock motors so they are around 90hp
max. They carry big corner speeds as they are light.

I wont be fitting carbs before the final round. You can see the dead spot low down in the vids.
