Started qualify session.Started warming into it and gsxr1000 dumps oil in hairpin and red flag comes out during flying lap.
The officals decide to scrap times and put us in with clubmans for another qualify session.
They let clubmans go out first and to avoid the gridlock of bikes I go out last and cruise slowly around for two laps and let big gap grow infront of me.
Let the big flying lap commence and a clubmans rider comes of during the lap and red flag again.
Qualify session over and 22nd on grid. Also boxed in on 6th row 2nd from the inside.Doesnt get much worse.
Race one.
Its just a big mess into turn one and the leaders are all the way down the mid straight before I even get out of the midfield in about 20th position.
Battle my way through to 5th overall and first pre 89 senior for max points so good result.
Recorded fastest lap in race while coming through the field so the new front end set up works.
Race Two
Racing is well behind time with so many accidents so they shorten to just 4 laps.
Similar start boxed in.Just let loose and work through the field top 5th overall and first pre89 senior passing 2nd in the last corner.Max points again
Now have 28 point series lead so looking good bar a major problem.
Sponcer rep was at the track and looks like they will increase sponcership so maybe the big bore and 39mmfcrs will be next as my cv carbs still are not perfect so ready to stop trying to get them correct and just go fcr flatslides
Ill get some footage sone as the sd card is being converted to dvd for promo for sponcers.

Mossy bit of a balls up re the round, but you got through it & now you can look ahead to the next round.
Whats the go with the white number background?? Over here anything over 751 is red backing with white numbers.??

Black on white is superbike colour boards here.sbutler wrote:Mossy bit of a balls up re the round, but you got through it & now you can look ahead to the next round.

Because I can race superbike and postclassic which is white on red then i can pick either or.
they are not strict on it now we have transponders so some bikes have anything they want.
At nationals the f3 bikes must have correct colour so the juniors use f3 colours if they run both classes.

Mossy,
well done that man, club racing like that is always very iffy with fields being mixed and the resultant cock-ups it causes.
