Hey...you gave it a whole 16 hours!
I tried the tailight integration thing about three years ago. I can't recall what exactly was going wrong though. I know it wasn't right. The conclusion I came to at that time was that the integrator was messing with the flasher relay.
Maybe a different model/brand of trailer light control would have worked.
I dunno. I just put some minis right alongside my license plate and called it good.

Re: integrated tail prob....
Hi everybody... I have a similar problem in that when I put the signal on for either left or right they both blink and it looks like I have my four ways on. I decided to do what reelrazor did and bought a set off license plate turn signals and was going to call it a day but it does the same thing! Now I dont know what to do because when i hook the stock ones back up to double check the connection is correct, they work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The only thing common to left & right is the ground if you hook that to the relay ..................gillette wrote:Hi everybody... If you make sure the positive wires are not some how shorting together then they will work as planned .

How would I ensure that they are not shorting together? Is there a diagram somewhere? Someone mentioned that thereis a LED relay that can replace the stock relay that would fix the problem? Any siggestions?
Thank you very much for your help.

there have been mixed results with so called LED only relays. This subject has recently been the subject of much discussion take a look thro' the older postings over the last 2-3 weeks maybe a month. for indicators not working.
I had mine working on my RD with LED 's all round but mine is NOT a relay but a timer circuit that does the switching. I got creative and opened the little black box, unfortunately everything has been covered in black glue so no components are readable how ever I was assured by an electronics guru such circuits can be found on the internet just they come in a slightly bigger "black box"
Found the design sheet I was given with the Electronic switcher see my new thread in this forum
