That's a YZF750 swinger actually. They are pretty close in dimensions to the R6 swinger i think. The 750 uses a 6" wheel though. There is machine work involved to get that swinger to fit my bike as well.

95fzr600 did you say a while back you had a 2nd design to mound the top of the shock so you dont have to lower the rear

Shred - Hell yeah 2000 r1 forks! I got a brand new black anodized graves top triple too!

Duane - The wheel I have is 17x5.5. Im pretty sure all 750's were 5.5" not 6". Good eye on the swingarm though!

Mark - I'll post as many pics as I can

SO, whats the best way to remove the bearings from the swingarm pivot tube? NUMBER 3 on the diagram...

So is that a UK headlight or a German headlight?

Looks interesting.
Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.

i think the easist way to remove the bearings is a i think its called a blind pilot bearing puller or blind something i cant find my harbor freight catalogue to look its a type of slide hammer puller. for some reason only my mags get thrown, away right away. without asking.

Well, since I have the German light I love seeing different headlight options. Here is a link to a web site I bought the H1 bulb from for mine. Click Link They got the order correct and had it shipped out the next day. Plus they have all of them listed. Just look at one that came with it to see what type it is.

Hey rob, did your bulbs look like these?

There is NO stamp on them which says what they are... all they say is HALOGEN COLOR BULB on the blue plastic shield and M&H 12V 55/40W on the body

you gonna use the fzr pivot bolt and sleeve it or go big and use the yzf750. Also when I did my r6 swingarm I didnt have to go to lower dogbones I'll try to get you a measurement on the top mount. Good luck
