Thanks man. You got a nice one too. Took me a litle while to learn where your front fairing came from. I wasn't trying to make an "FZR6" lol. I forget, do you have a different motor in it?

89-95 1000 rear wheel is 5.5x17...and apparently, yes it fits.

Yeah it took me a while to put it all together but being as a YZF600 swinger is a fairly easy swap and would give you a 5" rear wheel, i began to look on the YZF sites to see if they tried fitting anything wider. I discovered the FZR1000 was a direct bolt on. The only thing i changed was the torsion bar and caliper mounting bracket. The wheels are hard to find though. 89-95 is correct. Its a 200-50-17 and it barely fits but no rubbing :)

Oh and the sprocket setup is a 520 14T for a ZX6R 03+ (offset about 8mm) and the rear is the stock YZF600 47T turned around backwards. With a standard 530 chain, it lines up so perfectly you'd think it was meant to be. Plus, with the 14T and the 47T in the back, its the equivalent to a quick accel kit with a 17" wheel!

.......but if you used the stock rear sprocket, isn't that a 530 sprocket?

Thanks guys. Yeah your stock rear sprocket is for a 530 chain (YZF and FZR) but they're not interchangeable. However, if you come across an FZR1000 wheel, the YZF sprocket is interchangeable with that. stock or aftermarket rear sprocket from the YZF will do just fine (i turned my around backwards to get better lineup). 47t would be the equilalent to the FZR600 quick accel with the 14T front.

The undertail i used is from an 02 R6. The plate mounts are shaved. 99-02 tails are the same but the 02 undertail is different. It wasn't easy but i think it looks much nicer than the 99 undertail/taillight setup.
