Mossey,
after 21 years in the Military I have not had the time to get fat and out of condition and had I not allowed some assw*pe doctor who claimed to be a surgeon interfere with my insides (for a routine op / read perform with eyes closed ) I would be a lot fitter than most of you.

Next time you are feeling energetic go to the base of any 3000ft high mountain (I will forgive you the 90 in the shade and 99% humidity) wearing an 80lb backpack run up it and down the otherside 2000 ft and beat 2hr 40 minutes.
Oh yeh get yelled at by the physio for being 62 and walking at 6.2 mph(to her that was jogging speed) on the treadmill for 30mins when she set it at 2.1 for the "poor old fella" I had not even broken a sweat when she started her tyrade LoL

Yeh we were the only soldiers with sense we knew the Bast*rds would try for the plane so having a parchute handy made a whole load of sense :-}
