Which Moto GP's 250 or full blown.
I know next year there is anew set of rules for MotoGP been watching the row going on various lists of bike designer & builders who have bikes damned near ready for entry only to find the class has gone. Mind you i watched the No emission TT race and they were doing 100+ mph average speeds was weird to watch as you hear nothing how the hell you are supposed to know who is sneaking up on you (no mirrors allowed) i do not know .
he raced the royal london 360 superstock class and dianese superbike tt -- both 1000cc class. he normally races yamaha r1 and sometimes r6. but he ended up racing kawasaki's at the tt with minimal seat time. basically, the promoters at the tt told him it takes 3 years of racing the course to become familiar and think about being competitive. his original bike sponsors pulled their bikes about 10 days from the event, leaving him high and dry. someone with a kawi hook up was nice enough to help a man fulfill a dream...
Cool and yes you have to have a real good memory not a short circuit with just a few corners but 37 miles of streets with potholes, lamp posts drain covers & white lines and a few bridges which make interesting ramps. I spent 3 months riding the course before it closed for traffic and yet in the race I still hit a wall lined with hay bales where a bridge is the turn from left to right. I parked the bike and went in the pub for the duration of the race. That was on a Kawa 750 triple widow maker and one of the first 5 to arrive in the UK.
