Re: Just bought a 750 FZR
Today i did some work with the starter. 1st i clean it
Then i cover it and prepare it to paint
And it's done. I don't know how this red will look, but the starter is well hidden behind the frame. So... i don't think it 'll sighted at all

Re: Just bought a 750 FZR
Today i did some small works. I paint the bolts of the inner hoses in red. Now on, i'll always paint every bolt.
And this is how they look on-board!
After that, i put the carbs on
Next job is about electricals. Damn... i hate it!!!
And i couldn't resist in this view, without taking a pic!!!

Re: Just bought a 750 FZR
Today i did some work to hold the undertail on the tail. I neede a solution on the screw-unscrew issue. I had to find something to do this job using only one tool. So i weld with polyester the nuts into the inner of the tail.
And now my work is getting easier

Oh forgot to tell you about it guys! Well, i just lift it a bit up, and grind some of the fairing. I think it's good enough. You 'll see pics when it's done.95FZR600 wrote:What did you do about the fairings and the little space around the clipons?

This is the clutch pump before
And this is after the painting
I did some lifting on the wiring harness
And this is the man which makes the painting on the fairings. My friend Nikos Amigdalas.

Today i had more people to help me. But they were useless, once i didn't need any help. This moment was difficult. I was trying to put the accelarators wire into the carbs hose.

...and this is a track bike?? I vould not dare to take it to a track and flip it. It is looking too good to be abused on the track.
Re: Just bought a 750 FZR
