I will need to do more this weekend on it, only had like a half hour before i started getting the, "ow long are you going to be out there" questioning. best to just stop and go inside because anything more than 2 minutes is way too long. I didnt get all the old gas out yet, i think i might just dump it and start fresh. change the oil, filter and plugs, and go from there.

Thanks for the info duane, i am sure i will be asking more. i am gong to ready up on carbs today, so i can make some changes and see where it gets me. would love to get it running for the weekend, and take it for a spin.

You guys are right though, it is a heavy beast moving it around! low air in the tires dont help much either. gonna call title beurue at lunch today, to see whats involved in getting a new one. that right there could make the decision for me.
I did that.

got her running nice, took her for a spin. good god the power. i mean really, 70 in 2nd, and not even trying. she is a little slower in the turns, but i also didnt have any confidence in it, so that probably played a factor. I would liken the difference to be a corvette, big, powerful, but still handles well, compared to a tuned civic, small, nimble and quick. it was a comfortable ride, and i will probably take it out for another spin or two, just to get more comfortable on it. i was supposed to go ride the WTF after, but things came up, and i wasnt able to. carb is still leaking a bit, possibly O rings, but we shall see. will hopefully know more about the title tonight or tomorrow, and then we will see if it gets parted or not.
I did that.

Cant you do a title bond? I mean, if you really want to keep it. Just make sure you call the VIN # in to your local police before anything else is done.

get the set up correct and they can get close to the handling of 600.i can get mine through corners at the same speed just have to wait for a while longer before throttle on as they take longer to stand up on the exit.carb bowl seals have tendency to pinch and don't leak while they are sitting sometimes then leak with vibration. You could try that.

:udaman

Dont let it beat you monster it through the corner.
