WOW Cool bike. Almost the same colores as mine, where your´s is dark blue, mine is light blue. About the wheel, why don´t you just paint the ´95 wheel to mach the ´91 rear. No fab work or rare bearings needed.

Try these guys for bearings:

I used them to fit some Marchesini rims onto my '89 FZR.

Go to the local bearing house (check your yellow pages - or the local NAPA Parts store might have them) and ask for #6204 bearings. Wheel bearings get splashed with water a lot, so you'll want the 'Double rubber seal' version. If all they have is single-seal, install them with the seal out.
I checked with All Balls. The bearings I need are 22mm X 40mm X 12mm. They said nobody makes that size because the wall thickness gets too thin. I also checked Boca online and they don't have them either.

Any suggestions on where I might find them?

Thanks,
Chris
Well, bloody hell. I misread the catalogue the other day. First, All Balls is wrong - you need 20x40x12. Second they're right - nobody makes that damn size. The 6204s I was muttering about are 20x47x14, and of absolutely no f'n use to you. :dubious:

Sorry for the confusion... :headscratch:

No problem. I appreciate the effort.

I've decided to replace the seals in the '91 forks and try them out. I'm sure for regular street riding I probably won't see any difference between the '91 forks and the '95 forks. We'll find out. The seals should be here tomorrow and I'll work on pulling the forks apart this week.
