Hey guys/gals,
When should you replace a helmet, that is in good condition? (no crash, no falls)

When it smells like my Aunt Bertha or when it no longer fits your head properly.

I believe the recommendation is 5-7 years.

I've read, three or more drops on the ground, or 3 years. Or if it smells like Rages Aunt Bertha!! :ermm:

I have heard every 5 years but depends on the condition and how often you wear it.

3 years is standard, even if you hardly ride

the photo-carbons in the helmet AKA styrofoam will break down becoming less effective
