We are looking. Everyone be careful about the items you are buying.
Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.

Something is lurking, waiting, wanting to be built......It calls to me from the darkness....

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel....Then I realize that it is the train coming to run my ass over....

I do hope they catch this guy that way we can collect some money back but I dont see that happening until they do catch up with him. I know everything was sent from Kennesaw to Jacksonville and now Im sure all they did was put a warrant out for his arrest. If and when they catch him time will tell. I hope sooner than later.

That is really surprising as he looks like the honest kind... :whistle

I don't give out any cash unless I'm there handing the cash after I have the goods in my posession.

Good luck!

Bastard.

That sucks...really. And yeah I too am glad they found a stolen bike.

and, in the future, the sec state here will run a title search for ya prior to buying....don't know if that's how it is down there, but keep that option in mind (even if you have to pay an online service a little) it is better than the above hassles.

The Bill of Sale is the real issue. It's a worthless piece of paper... unless it accompanies a Title.

I hope you can get this guy, but it may cost you even more in the long run... I'm truly sorry to hear about this, bro. Gonna keep the hybrid now?

Guys - Know before getting involved. Always have a title accompany the vehicle be it a trailer, motocycle or car. It took me about 40 trailers before I actually found someone with a title. I got the "oh, just take it down and say you made it...". Screw that!

My FZR was taken on a bill of sale but it was directly from a sheriff. Prolly only time I'll do that especially with warnings like this. Good luck finding him and getting your money back!

If your buying a bike without a title and plan on making it street legal please call your local police and have them run the VIN before you hand over cash. Even if the seller is standing there in front of you. Its better than watching the bike go out on a flat bed and no money in your pocket.

Trust me...Billy and I had this happen. This is NO JOKE.

Wow Billy ... This fcukin blows dude ... I figured u had somthing nice lined up when i seen you selling the hybrid ..Still cant believe of all ppl you gave some phucker you cash without checkin out the good .. i know i know not tryin to add salt to the wound .. it will be hard to catch this MoFo unless the popo really give 2 shits ..
Damn if you know somone with a skip tracer proggy .. you could prob narrow down this guys whereabouts ..
If he has other items for sale maybe use a differnt email or Phone number and try to setup another purchase .
I'm honestly believing that the guy knew it was stolen , or else he would of kept the bike for that price . stunt or not .
Takin a look at this brotha , he looks like kinda shady .. Man hope u get your money back .
ps // also ppl next time you buy somthing and want to run the VIN .if it looks suspect. make sure call it in. and dont have them come out , tell them your looking at a bike and would like to know its present status/history .. so if it does come back stolen they dont come take it from you and cant just swap out the frame if u do get stuck in a situation like that .. i'll check into his for sale posts . Goodluck Man

Then he probably wouldn't have fallen off the face of the earth after the transaction.

Can you put a stop payment on the check? Cause accepting money for stolen goods is a crime.... you might want to contact him with that information and see if he is willing to give you back your money or face criminal charges.
