FZR400/600 project

Post by Stumpy »

I think I'm ready to sell the FZR project. 88 400 frame (clean title), R1 front end (2000 model I think, front wheel has a ding), GSXR 4.5 in rear , Works shock (needs rebuild), aluminum subframe (& an R1 subframe that I was going to mod to fit), FZR600 bottom end, FZR600 cylinders & pistons, YZF600R head, YZF600R carbs, YZF throttle assy, FZR600 wiring harness, stock YZF600 header, a few different radiators that are in really good shape, Sharkskinz R71 upper and lower, Sharkskinz R1 SS tail, R1 seat, R1 fairing stay, and probably some other assorted crap that was intended to go on this bike. The engine is in separate pieces as listed, haven't had time or money to get it together. The fairings are used and in need of some repair, but very useable. It's really not far from being a V7 bike or a cool streetbike, I just don't have time or space for it right now. $1200. Pics to follow. Email me at dwdantzler@gmail.com or let me know here if interested. offers strongly considered...

Thanks, guess I missed that. The bike is in Santee, SC and I now live in St Simons Island, GA. It's only a couple of hours away but it makes it difficult to go get a quick pic or anything like that.

If you weren't like 11 hours away I would be picking it up. Unfortunately I think shipping would kill the deal for me.

Great price. For that cost, it would pay off to ship the bike.

Also is that my old GSXR wheel that I sold to someone out in NC years ago. Not many GSXR conversions that have a custom made rear brake disk. Mine did.......lol

I never did get rid of this project and I haven't been able to put any time or money into making it happen. I want to sell it as a whole if possible. Anybody interested? Make me an offer and lets talk. There's an SV I want to buy and this is stopping me from doing it... email me at dwdantzler@gmail.com
