O YEA baby! The primer looks AWESOME, buddy let me use his gun and everything was blasted and lightly sanded and cleaned with soap and water, then dried completely. We went with a metal Etching primer. I'm excited for the matte black!!!....Got my rear JT 520 sprocket in the mail today. Friday I am going to take the swing to a local shop of my friends and see if they can mill the bearing lips...if not, it's getting drimelized. ummmm can't think of anything else.

Not to be an A-hole, but that is quite possibly the WORST video i have ever seen lololol!

Also, a few things...
-The painted pieces are NOT rusted
-Have been sandblasted, wet sanded, and primed-WITH a REAL gun, not rattle can
-Will be final painted with a REAL gun
-I will not be hammering any of the objects after they are painted....
-IT WILL look good BIATCH! :headbang:

If the paint does chip, i will be doing this.... :duh: BUT, i have very high hopes, my friend painted his wheels just like this 2 years ago, and they have yet to chip....and he drives the shit out of that car...

Now, the gas tank, i might be doing the POR15...

well, with any kind of paint, you cant put any type of cleaner or degreaser on it... por15 lasts forever and you can spray degreaser on it and everything, without the staining...

Do you have a manual? There is a section in the manual that runs through the electrical starting system to help diagnose problems. Go through that part first as it will help to narrow things down a bit.
Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.

Something is lurking, waiting, wanting to be built......It calls to me from the darkness....

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel....Then I realize that it is the train coming to run my ass over....
