Small Automotive fuel pump on our bikes...

Post by jax »

Has anyone done a mod like this? Looking for info on what pumps work and whatnot. I was looking through ebay and found this.... I have a fuel pressure tester I guess I could measure and see what pressure the stock pump delivers.

The first link is a 4-9 psi pump

second link is 2-3.5 psi.

I haven't done the mod myself since my fuel pump works but the first one will work as long as you have room to mount it. If I recall the fzr pump rated at around 7psi. I've also heard of people using VW bug fuel pumps as well.
