There was a link to a page on FZR-Archives that had a bunch of images and exact descriptions onhow to take off and clean the carbs, I don't believe it was on the forum, but a link to someones page. If anyone has this URL please send it too me. Thanks in advanced!

Re: Pulling the Carbs
Is there something specific that you wanted to know?
Depending on what you want to do, I can probably do the work for you on a Saturday some time. I could go through your carbs in an hour or so and show you what to look for and what to adjust if necessary.

I need to know several things:milovanov wrote:would love to have some help checking why my newly aquired FZR600 1998 is running rich and not getting over 8000rpm.
Pods or Stock Airbox?
Stock, Slip-on or Full Exhaust?
Have you opened the carbs? I'd like to know if you've replace the emulsion tubes and if you know the size of the Main jet.
Let me know...
