big bore kit

do they make a bigbore kit for the 600?

There is a 619 and 630 kit. Here is a link to the company that makes it.

The general consensus is that the 630 kit is not that good as it developes too much heat. I've heard of quallity issues as well, but not that many. This is an expensive thing to do as you have the cost of the kit plus most places charge $60 per cylinder to bore it.

i dont recoment the kit...you can get a yzf motor for the cost of this kit and they make more power anyway. it was a hot mod back in the day...its a waist of money now.

Do the YZF 600 engine swap instead.
