new problem with clutch

Post by thelastfzr »

ok so fixed the lever problem it now returns when pulled looked inside rh and lh covers and the starter clutch everything looked clean and good. BUT if i put bike in gear the clutch does not engage. what i mean is i put bike in first pull in lever and try to push it does not roll. thanks again in advance. ohh if this helps i can click into gear fine and it sounds and feels good but the drive never disengaged.

On the left side of bike if your sitting on it there is a rubber cover you take off and adjust in or out. 12 mm. You probably either screwed it on to far or out to far. Just keep playing with it until you get it right. Same thing you did happened to me and I'm sure a lot of others to.

Remove the sprocket cover and pull the clutch rod out. Is it broken? this could be the problem.
Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.
