i got both. not sure what i wanna do...i dont have a cage just a bar for either side...what ya'll think? should abs to hardcore with the 929 or not? :shocker RRBike

If it's a bar for either side with no belly wrap those are usually for racing not stunting. It's enough to save the sides a little at hi speed and they don't stick out as far as a full cage.

Just wrap the bike in heavy duty bubble wrap...

im at work, i can get pic tonight. yeah its just a bar and yeah it dont stick out too far like the nasty stunt cages. i got everything free when i bought the bike but forgot i had the stuff until i opened up a box and cablamo!!!!!! i found cycle parts.

FWIW, I threw sliders on my GSXR.... However, if I wreck the bike, the front end will still probably take the biggest hit.

I guess the bars would provide more protection, but personally don't like the look of them. Would they interfere with your legs at all?

The bars provide more protection and we all know how costly that honda bodywork is. The sliders look nicer though and go with that bling theme you got goin. You have them both so it wouldn't hurt to try them both out and see which you prefer. Best answer I can give.

for the bars the only dif hardware i need to get is upper engine bolts (need longer ones) and a long ass pivot bolt for the motor...that would be the bastard to find. well i got a few months yet to find some hardware.
