I'll get a good pic of both upper and lower's tomorrow. The upper wont stick out as far either and will be better placed.

I got the final position on the upper fairing and its bolted on the fairing stay. So far everything has been just awesome as far as getting the R1 fairings to mate up with the FZR. On these pics I have the lowers held up by a box so thats why their off a bit.

The steering damper fits perfect!

This is the angle I am using for the fairing stay. I have to cut a piece of metal to make it stay that way.

Your exhaust can mounts right to the header with no mid pipe? What headers are you running and what year and model can is that from?
Thank you!

The exhaust is a 2000 R6 and the pipe is from a 2007 R6 (not the S model). I had to widen the diameter of the header for the pipe to fit it. It sounds like my last FZR when I had the stock R6 shorty pipe on it.

I put the windscreen on and it kinda raised the nose a bit. But is it too high?

if your doing a fork swap then leave it because the front will drop about 2" with usd forks.

and yes, it wont look as high with the fender on.

The only way to know if it is too high is to get into the bubble as though in racing mode and see if your helmet fits and you can actually see. Then try it on the donor style bike and see the difference.
