Hi guys.
I just wanted to post an update. I did the YZF VR upgrade this weekend and the bike now rocks! I followed the instructions in the WIKI and it was so easy.
I'm als o finding that most of my carb woes must have stemmed from bad power delivery from the VR. Going to reset carbs this weekend and see how it goes now that I have good spark :)

I found the same thing with mine, too bad I went to all the hassle of overhauling the carbs before the VR. Good to hear you've got your bike up and running again! Hopefully you've still got some reasonable riding weather left.

23-40 degrees but no snow or ice, so I'm still riding.
I only stop riding when there is no traction left, or my gaskets shrink from the cold.
