Just be very quite and patient. And always scanning because they can walk right past you and not even see them.

SO you wouldn't believe the crazy amount of deer we have in Jersey! Lot's of gun haters and animal rights people have raised the deer levels to incredible levels over the years. I've actually stopped on the way home as a heard of about 50 deer passed in front of me.. They are a serious hazard on the road... I was in WAWA last year getting a coffee in a very urban area and this deer came from nowhere and was running crazy in the parking lot.. (a large Buck) He runs full speed into the side of a parked car and falls over struggles quickly back to his feet and runs into a small wooded section.. Anyway come hunt up here!!!

My mouth gets all wet just thinking about deer meat! I don't hunt, I can't afford to. But living in Ontario is great because of all the hunters around here, its crazy!

I'll be eating some pepperetts soon!

Deer does taste great, my uncles and cousins used to kill them and we'd help eat. My grandfather would occasionally get one also.

I only shoot them with cameras though, and my dad and brother won't shoot them at all, although my brother's 3 boys go with their grandfather to West Virginia and have a deer hunting festival every year.

My cousin used to do bow & arrow too. Pretty insane.
