Very cool. Tell your girl to watch her leg when being photographed. That pipe will be hot after riding,

Re: Cockpit views, Wilderness State Park Road
Nice, I like the idea of having a radar detector onboard
Re: Cockpit views, Wilderness State Park Road
Going back to my days in SoCal in the mid 80's I will not ride (on the streets) without one! Shitty ones are no better than not having one 'tho. I used to always use a Valentine1 but couldn't swing the $400 this time around. That is a Whistler Pro78 which is ranked a few places as the "best budget RD on the market" being really close to the V1 and the top-line Bels. I got it for $119 and it has saved my ass(and license) many times.ShogunTX wrote:Nice, I like the idea of having a radar detector onboard
Yeah, we had done a bunch of other shots before we got the bike involved. Grrrls ride with me, they wear gear...no exceptions!95FZR600 wrote:Very cool. Tell your girl to watch her leg when being photographed. That pipe will be hot after riding,
Yeah, it's a grreat piece of road! It is the feeder road to a state park (4.3 miles long), so this time of year there is next to no traffic. I usually run in fairly mildly and come back out hot. Those are screenshots from video, I have yet to get enough time to edit (gotta put some foam on the mike or something)megaloxana wrote:Looks like it was a really fun ride.
