This certanly looks more like a FZR 600 89-99 Fairing than a 400 fairing, except the very last tail piece!

And at aprox 400 $ its a bargain!

Looks like a mix. 600 front and sides and 400 rear. The rear section of the 400 had the seat lock in the top part of the rear as does what is in those pictures.

sure looks like 600 plastics to me, except for the back piece of the tail, and what is that extra piece right under the upper? nice paint job too.
I did that.

Yep, but the rear side panels on a 400 does not look like that. I think everything is 600 except the tail piece.

YUP,
you are right my 400 upper has no ram air holes and the picture shows it has air ram holes !!! like a 600. what fooled them is the twin head lamp set up which most people associate with 400's not 600's

As to bargain not at 125 UKP for shipping screwy

I believe those would be the japanese version of the fzr 400.The US models were the 86 japanese model .

This is the 88 japanese model and you can see the air tubes going to the top part of the fairing

nice call, wonder if it is going to fit up then, looks alot like the 600 fairings, might be ok. or might have to make up some brackets.

There you go. I knew someone would track it down. I figured George would have been to first to find it...
