Looking sexy. Not as sexy because i wasn't there to be a part of these new additions but sexy nonetheless. How's teh exhaust clearance?

With this new setup the exhaust will be chilling behind the rear seat. Plenty of room for it.

yeah , was it that obvious ? it's been inside a box wrapped in a towel inside a closet for like 2 years . either way it looks like it worked out for ya , looks good on there .

Heh, I'm just super sensitive to smoke. A guy I work with can tell if you ate garlic within the last 3 days and that's kinda how I am with smoke.

I'm quite happy with the seat though. I think it works great with the build. Now, do you bolt the springs to the supports or do they just hang out on there? Never used one of them there things.

you can either bolt the springs to something or you can make a platform with pins that stick up so the springs sit on the pins , that way you can flip the seat up if you need to get to something under it .

Scopper's looking good so far! Can't wait to see the finished product! BTW, where did you get that awesome looking gas cap? :whistle

P.S.: I think your fuel-in-frame idea for this project is pretty wicked sweet. :headbang: Rock on!

that looks like an old side tank briggs lawn mower gas cap to me .
