I do not know how much the flo-commander kit is, but the air filters are about $80.
The jet kit it $125
Im going to be spending almost like $300 bucks on my senior project. lol
So I might need the 130.
or ill just go with the stage 2.

And I need to know, do bike mechanics make alot of money? like how much a year. I would like to go into this trade after high school.
flo commander is $139 and the good remote for it is $150.

S,
Yup the Yanks love big cars not bikes so it up to us little island people to develop the smaller toys. Most of Moto GP & F1 development is in the UK and the teams of mechanics are either English, German or Oz yeh I know the factories have their men involved but the day to day is down to our guys.

If you find a book you want ping me I will see if they are being robbers on the post and I can get it to me and post it on . I noticed one of the eleven is in the US so try them first .

I think now with K&N, it is just stage 1 and the stage 3. The K&N box I have for my Honda hurricane jet kit says "Stage 2 & 3" on it. Then jet kit is just a good starting point really. Easiest way is to take it somewhere and have them install it and put it on a dyno. They will make any changes usually without charging any extra if you need to swap out jets to make it right.

Jetting, machining, and tire mounting are pretty much the only thing I go to the shop for. My guy did my race bike (92 FZR600 with kerker pipe with drilled airbox and K&N filter, Factory Pro ignition advancer ) and he had trouble with it for some reason and it took him hours. It hesitated below 2000, but when I raced, I never let the engine RPMs go that low. The hesitation was a result of the head work(didn't flow right for low RPMs).
