Looks like your clutch is slipping bud. What kind of oil you got in the fizz? Check your adjustment at the lower end of the clutch cable. Take that black cover off the front sprocket carrier and you should see a bolt & nut with a phillip head there. Loosen the nut, then turn that screw all the way in until it bottoms out, then back it out a 1/4 turn. Make sure you loosen the adjustment at the clutch lever before you do the bolt and nut by the sprocket carrier, then adjust it back after. Hope this helps. If your clutch is adjusted right, then it could be worn friction plates, or the oil you're running. If you just changed the friction plates for your clutch, I hope you let them sit in oil overnight. See what happens, and keep us posted.

I think this may be your problem. There is additives in the oil to protect the engine. I only use Yamalube, may be a little spendy but no clutch slipping problems.

Does the clutch disengage when you pull in the clutch?

That means you didn't adjust it right. Did you adjust back the lever after doing the bolt at the sprocket cover?

yes, I even tightened it up so its a little harder to pull the clutch in, and I pull it in all the way and try switching gears and it still wont change

Try moving the bike forward as you try the gears. You want a little play at the lever so the clutch engages when you let it out.
