How is the visibility with the mirrors? I've been considering those for my Z750 since there are a direct bolt on. Again, nice work. :shocker

the visibility is awesome... no problems. but these aren't buell mirrors, they are made for a ninja (no idea what model I found them at the local bike shop) they look like the buell units tho... odd.

on another note I was out playin after dark tonight on the bike and along beside me at the redlight pulls a fatass on a honda hurricane... it took me blasting away from him at each of the next 3 lights before he gave up. some people are slow learners. :headbang:

thanks man... work is proceding slowly (I just had serious surgery but I'm not one to lay around waiting to heal) I got the whole rear subframe cut off and reworked... seat mounts figured out... got the tail where it looks good too... now to finalise everything... then do all the bodywork and paint. and re-assemble it all for pics. I think I'm going to cut up my exhaust at the same time :) I was able to redo the entire rear subframe using mostly parts that were cut off from the bike :) all I need is a piece of 1/16 steel sheet to plate in the bottom of it near the battery because the undertail doesn't got that far down. and there has to be somewhere to mount the brake reservoir and a few other things.

As far as the rear brake reservoir you could do this

I finally got it to a point that I thought pics were in order... I still need to work out what to do about the tail light and tag and do something with my exhaust... then it's bodywork and paint :)

the one on the right is in the right proportions but the one on the left the width to height ratio is plain wrong :whistle

I fixed your other post for you. Bike looks good. I think you can probably work a 929rr, 954RR, or an 05 Gixxer tail light in the tail.
