I would say it depends on how much money you have burning a hole in your pocket. They're damn rare and go for a buttload when they show up on ebay

Well I've heard people say good things about them in the past. I've never personally had one so I can't tell from expirience. Just remember you can't use automotive coilpacks with them. (in case you were thinking of it)

i've seen a difference, but i cant tell you if it was because of the setup for the powerpak to the stock cdi. i bought my bike with the powerpak, and it ran great. then i was stupid, and toasted it...had to buy a stock cdi, and although the bike runs fine, i just didnt have the smoothness and pickup of with the powerpak. i'm trying to fix mine, and i cant wait to have it back in. though they are expensive, they help, imo, but again, they are pretty expensive to give you a bit of improvement on a bike that even with it, doesnt really compare. but i love my bike, so i guess that is my choice
I did that.

It is definatly worth it. I noticed a significant difference with mine and only have things set on the second tunning level (of four). I am curious to see how it reacts with the stage 3 jet kit and pods I just installed. I just hope I didn't fry it trying to crank the bike up yesterday.

well, i lost my keys one day, was already having a bad day and wanted to go out and cruise the hills to relax. so i hotwired my bike because i spent an hour looking for my keys and couldnt find them. well once i got it started, soemthing happened and i forgot to tape over the wires, i turned left out of my garage and boom, grounded the wire on my forks. there went the pack! i have narrowed it down to the fuel pump not working, so i am going to change out the resistors and such in the line for the feul pump, and hopefully it will work!
I did that.
