new handle bar grips?
what grips will fit the fzr 600? looking to get some new grips that are comfortable. what recamendations do you have? what grips from other bikes will fit? (ie yzf600, r6)
Re: new handle bar grips?
Almost any grip will fit. Just has to be for a 7/8" handlebar which pretty much every sport bike is. Head over to denniskirk.com and check out the selection. Pretty much any color you want.

Galindo Designs from DennisKirk.com is what I use, they last forever and are still very soft and grippy.

i use these same grips , love em , but the throttle side was just a bit too short but only by a mm or two . then again it's not hard to cut a few mm's off the throttle tube since most new grips are shorter than the original yamaha ones anyway .

Re: new handle bar grips?
well if you like them cut down the throttle tube , no one makes grips exactly as long as the fzr originally came with anymore . then just slide everything over accordingly .
Re: new handle bar grips?
+1 on the Progrips, put those on the FZR and they were great. I'm waiting for Kuryakyn to release grips for sport bikes. I heard from the stealership that it is supposed to be within a couple months.
