Hi guys think I did my post wrong so I'm reposting
I've posted a while ago about my fzr750 gear problem
I've manage to make time to stripp down the motor to get to the gears and Damn what a job as this was my first time doing a bike
Great with cars but ya one needs to learn
The problem I have is that when I crank the motor or when it is idling it just jumps into gear on its own
Now that the gears are out its time for inspection but the problem is I don't really know what to look for cause everything looks good to me
Pls pls help urgent

Re: Fzr 750
I would look at the springs on the shift shaft and the stopper arm. These are supposed to hold the shift mechanism stable until and unless you actually boot the shift pedal; if the shift mechanism is flopping about, then yes - it will jump into gear.
