That looks like a 3LN1 model, first of the beam framed (deltabox?) bikes. Handle very well they do.
As one of the other poster mentions, your indicators do look like aftermarket ones. The rear ones on the FZR200-RR bikes are tiny little ones with square lenses and the stalk kind of goes out and upwards.
I know exactly where you are coming from with the springs. I myself am not the lightest person

but they do feel very soft. Forks are 38mm diameter so I thought maybe other models may match but no luck yet. Might be worth having set made up??
My first FZR250 still hit the ton (160KM/h) with me on it and it showed up quite a few bigger bikes on a trackday at Brands Hatch under braking and cornering - the straight-line kings then had their way on their 600cc and upward bikes....
I would have thought that bike was very rare in Canada??
