It's a cheap and easy fix if it's done by someoane qualified.I'm going to try to post some pics with the TCI unit.

the one surrounded with red was the BAD transistor. It was responsable for the sparks from pistons 2 and 3. Got it replaced. Make sure to tell the electronist to put some cooling paste between the transistor and it's heat sink.
Buddy, you 've helped me very much!!!! Thanks a lot for the info. One of these days i'm gonna check my TCI unit in an electronist. Thanks again buddy :tks: :tks: :tks:

I asked Nikos today, and he told me that he uses a simple filler. It's nothing special. As for the trade name, even if i tell you, it's a Greek companys. So, it is something you can't find there.
Of course, if you like to apply filler on plastcs, you have to apply plasticizer first.
It is a simple filler though.

Guys,
I would say that the same filler that is used on the plastic bumper of Jap imports that get "customed" would be ok for the Job.

The undertail and the one side of the fairings have my gym's logo. It says "ATHLETIC GYM everything can happend". Now if you take a closer look to see with witch part of his body that bodybuilder lifts the weights, you 'll probably find out why it writes that!!!!!!!!

And not to forget the Yamaha's good old concept: "Genesis". This is where all have been started.

This motorcycle is dedicated to the memory of my friends Jack. Most of you, probably remember the story....
Many could say that typing a dead man's name on the bike might be a bad luck. Not for me though. I think it's a guardian angel.
