First off, Welcome!

Here's a site that has the whole write up for the Tail and Tank Swap.

http://heath.agdog.com/fzr/workbench/r6_tail_yzf_tank/

You will need the tank from a YZF 600 not R6. Either undertail or under tray from the 99-02 R6. Tail light 99-02 R6, Rear tail 99-02 R6. And some mad modding skills. Heaths web site shows the easiest way and thats the same one that I followed.

Also, take the time to introduce yourself in the Welcome/Introductions thread.

Hey, WELCOME!

Widest tire on a stock rim is a 160 series. Recommend Bridgestone BT014's.

microwave and instant coffee society. banghead what ever happened to using the search feature and trying to do something yourself first instead of relying on everyone else for the answers?
