Yes, they will be fine. My stands are pretty similar to those.

Actually, no, they won't work well on the FZR600. The stock FZR forks are the problem. The right one is square at the bottom and the left one is more of a pointed shape. They both need to be square to work with the pins on the stands. The pointed fork tends to fall off. I use a rear stand to support the back of the bike and ratchet straps to support the front.

+5 on that the rear are OK but not as good as using bobbins on the rear the front needs to be the pin type that fits the triple tree an d even for most of those you need the plastics off (I made a longer pin so it cleared the plastics)rotortech wrote:Actually, no, they won't work well on the FZR600. Here is a paddock stand rear I made earlier .

Yeah, the front forks on these US FZR's are really a bitch. I didn't know the 4JH had different forks. Learn something new everyday.jallen wrote:That's me told then

Yeah, gotta watch that - Brit FZR600R 4JH == US YZF600 4JH, =/= FZR600 3HE...

Re: well these stands work for a FZR600?
The FZR600R/YZF600 thing does add a bit of confusion when buying parts as I notice that the US FZR600 is often called an FZR600R and appears to have continued in production well after 1993.
