Hi
Gizzards 600 is still causing him problems, It will start and tick over, but as soon as you put it under load it bogs down. It will run cleanly with out the airbox on. The carbs have been set to factory specs via a genuine yamaha manual. The exhaust is a complete stainlees steel after market system, make unknown. In an effort to get it sorted I paid for it to be picked up and put on a dyno, and the results phoned through to Gizzard to see what he wanted to do. They did a compression test and valve check saying the valves were tight, I did them and they were fine, and cylinder 2 and 3 were lok in compression. That litle bit is beside the point to this question but I'm annoyed about it. So really would it be the exhaust, would people think, that is causing the running issues this now has?????? He's starting to get really despondant.
Thanks in advance for any answers

Sounds like its possibly running rich. How does the bike respond to the choke? Run/Rev better or Worse?
