Hi B,
the chances are that any harness that age you buy will be "rough", 90-94 if memory serves can work.

How ever if the bike is parked for the winter I would look at the WIKI for wire/harness plug / socket suppliers and replace the harness wire by wire it is not hard to do just time consuming but over the winter "closed" season gives you a worthwhile chore.

One word of caution replace all wires with same gauge or slightly heavier, colours may be difficult to find but they are out there and if you substitute a different colour WRITE it in you bikes workshop note book YOU DO HAVE ON RIGHT?

Do NOT do a Nik and commit changes to Memory, (sorry Nik just making a point ) or the headlight will flash when you hit the horn button LoL

Thanks much George.......yes I have a shop book for it....I buy up old hulkers and bring them back to life as a paying hobbey. My first sport bike project though. I'm used to redoing early 80's bikes so know what you mean on the old wires! I've seen some real botch jobs!.....thanks again.
