Vance & Hines Muffler
after removing my muffler, i noticed that the pipe is shorter then others did the previous owner chop this as well ? cam it be fixed

Looks full length to me. The midpipe might have been chopped or another one used if he didn't have the one that came with the V&H.

Yes after researching yes the muffler is good ,now I have to add pipe to it.
