Turn Signals won't flash 87 fz600

I've got an 87 fz600 that was fitted with LED signals and brake lights when i got it. They worked when i bought it but it had some other issues.
I took the bike to a shop to fix some other issues and brought it home. Then i noticed that the signals were unwired. Took it back to the shop and had them rewire them and then the problem started. When the switch is hit either direction, all four signals will come on and stay on. I don't even know where to begin. I've tried doing research and found that maybe the bulbs are too low of wattage or something else. Was suggested to me that it was the relay but i tried a different relay and that didnt fix the problem.

Any ideas?

bring it back to them, its there fault they need to fix it. but im sure its in the wiring they messed with.
