unless your header and midpipe hang below your frame rails. +1 for ingenuity though.

Lose grip of the back of the bike and... well, you know. I think a dedicated bike jack is cheaper than an insurance deductible.

Nothing stopping you making clearance space for that, yeh you would have to re-inforce the cut out because of stress on the grain being cut but then scaffold board is reinforced at the ends any way so one more such strap............
