I'm sorry if this has come up before but I couldn't find a definitive answer.
Will 91 single headlight setup (fairing + Headlight) fit on the dual headlight crash cage or do you have to do some mods to get it to fit?

No, it will not fit. You have to modify the mounting tabs to get it to work. Not sure how much modifying is needed, but it will not bolt straight up.
