Braided hoses: Tools?

Braided hoses: Tools?

Does anyone know where I can find a supply of tools and materials for making braided brakelines?
The closest I can find is this:

They are the best unless you want to go to Hydraulic hose suppliers for industry.

I am tempted to ask why you want to take you life in your hands and do it yourself.
HEL & Goodriidge do custom lengths with custom colour sheaths over the braid with different angles banjo fittings in different metals & metal finnishes.

I personally find HEL the best value for money and are stocked by quite a few companies thro the UK my last set were from Banana racing (the sheath colour I wanted was yellow LoL )

partly because I like having the equipment and ability to do as much as I can myself, but also because I have other (non motorcycle related) applications in which I could use the hoses and fitments, and rather than paying for (gets out fingers and toes) umpteen hoses that ultimately might not fit depending on the ends available, it would be easier and cheaper in the long run to make them myself.

As for taking my life in my hands, I've already got a high-pressure hydraulic test rig that I used to use when I was reconditioning the hydraulic pumps for Citroens, and I've made, replaced and reconditioned hi-pressure hydraulics in my citroens in the past without any problems. I just don't have access to the equipment to make the stuff anymore.

ok once you have experience that is fine you will know what is what and be able to test the end product OFF the bike.
