I got good hp top end but it just seemed to fall down on one corner pulling 6000rpm on the exit in 4th.
Two full days on the dyno and these are new settings.
Whole dyno kit trashed and binned.
142 main jets
air jet plugs pulled back out and hole soldered shut then drilled out to 0.5mm
Slides drilled out and third hole added in each.
Springs heated and lengthened by 15mm each as they sit on bench.
Original needles reinstalled and set at leanest level.
Emulsion tubes inspected.
Carb balanced and floats lifted 1mm
Note guys dont suggest these settings will work on other bikes.
Results 30hp up at 3500rpm
10-15 hp up from 5000rpm-9000rpm
5 hp up 9000-10000rpm
2hp down at 11000rpm but holds 140hp or more from 9800-11700rpm
MAX hp 143
We have also load tested throttle responce every 1000 rpm from 5000 upwards
ohlins springs and dialed in race tech emulators are in and ready.New discs installed and new carbon pads.
Two guys two days on dyno...Long track this weekend.Will try get the long track post classic track record but main goal this year is to smash the regular track record.Previous attempt was 0.6 seconds short but running lower tune and stock front end.It will take favourable weather also.
Im holding wet track record for the same track still from November last year so would love to shave that down as well.
4 days to go till round four.
Cant bin it this round cause my sponcer wants me bike for official new store opening......NO PRESSURE LOL
