R1 tail

I need some help I have a 97 fzr with the r1 tail and I'm wanting to do the undertail lights and need sone help on wat I should look for. Also I would like to do sone upgrading and see what you thought about using r6 or yzf600 parts and what are good upgrades to consider. And I would like to take the sponge feeling out of the forks and maybe add an r6 triple tree and forks. And would an r6 tail work with my fzr

OK, the R6 tail will work but you will also need both seats and the fuel tank from the R6 because the R6 seat will not match up with the fzr tank cover.

if the tail you have is the R1 airtech tail, I do rebuild the rear end of those tails completely to house the 2003 R6 integrated L.E.D taillight which includes an undertail that is form matched to the taillight.

Ok which would be easier and what would be cheaper I have the r1 tail but it needs a little tlc. I am wanting to stretch the swing arm as well do u have any ideas.
