So, a friend of a friend at a machine shop is going to make me some spacers like the ones here http://www.fzrarchives.com/ipb/index.ph ... opic=37748, and I just need the measurements of them. I haven't picked up the swingarm from my friend and I don't want to pull the swingarm bolt out of my bike. I need inside diameter, outside diameter, and length. I know there are a couple guys on here that have done it, hopefully someone has the measurements. Thanks!

it depends how much grinding you do to the frame.

it depends how much grinding you do to the frame.

You only have to grind on the frame if your doing the R6 swinger like I did. The YZF 600 swinger is only grinded on the swinger itself not the frame.

the r6 you have to grind a bit on both, at least the 03-05, or else just grind a lot off of the frame
