ignition issues

hello everyone im looking for some advice i have an 95 fzr600 it usually runs amazing but 2 days ago i went to a freinds house and lost my keys so i decided to try to wire a basic flip switch into the connector to get it home.. at first it started right up no problems then after finishing mounting the switch it nothing worked anymore like it was getting power at all i thought maybe the switch was bad but upon getting a call today that my keys had been found i have learned even with the key it still does the same thing as before when i turn the key there is no power whatsoever nothing clicks or whines it would seem liike a fuse is blown but upon inspection of the fuses under the seat there was no such luck so i guess im needing to know is there any other fuses on the bike somewhere i cant see i need to check and does anyone know where exactly that ignition wire from the key connnects to any help is much appreciated thanks

Check the main fuse - under the left side panel, on the side of the seat.
