93 FZR1000 timing set replacing

hi,
I own an 93 FZR1000.
I want to replace the guides , tensioner and chain ..
do I have to separate the cases in order to replace the rear guide? banghead

front one drops in from the top the rear one that the tensioner pushes against bolts in from near the bottom of the cylinder barrels. So there may be a level of serious commitment to get them both replaced.

Took the head and cylinders down.
The front one is out , but the rear looks like there is no choise but to take the cases apart.

Btw ,
I'm running a Wiseco 1040 kit.
